Clarity Water Co. provides water filtration and softening system consultation, sales, and installation services to homeowners in the greater Los Angeles area. Specific services, pricing, and availability may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

All quotes provided through our website or by our representatives are estimates based on the information you provide and your home's specific requirements. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any work begins. Published pricing shows both cash and financed prices.

Clarity Water Co. systems include a 10-year warranty covering tanks and dry parts. Warranty specifics, including covered components and labor, are provided in writing at the time of installation. Warranty coverage may be voided by improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or use of non-standard replacement parts.

All installations are performed by D4C Construction, Inc., our CSLB-licensed installation partner (Lic. #1104298). Installation requires access to your home's water main, drain, and electrical outlet. You are responsible for ensuring the installation site is accessible and meets local code requirements.

Salt-based, self-regenerating water softeners are restricted in certain California jurisdictions, including the Santa Clarita Valley and cities served by the Inland Empire Utilities Agency. Clarity Water Co. verifies local regulations for every address before installation. In restricted areas, we install salt-free conditioning systems only.

Clarity Water Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question. Water quality results may vary based on municipal supply, home plumbing, and other factors beyond our control.

You may cancel your installation agreement as provided in your written contract and under California law, including any applicable right-to-cancel period. After that period, if equipment has been ordered or installation has begun, a restocking fee may apply as stated in your contract. Submit cancellations in writing to sales@claritywaterco.com.
